When to contact Support about Official Partnership or payment
The Help Center can explain how Official Partnership works, but questions about your specific Category Reservation, payment, agreement, or Partner status may require East Texas Locals Support.
Help can explain the Official Partner process
The Help Center can answer many general questions about Official Partnership.
For example, Help can explain:
- what an Official Partner is;
- why only one active Official Partner can hold an approved Partner Category;
- why an inquiry does not reserve a Category;
- how Category Reservation differs from payment;
- why Featured and Official Partner are separate; and
- why a payment confirmation and active Partner status are not the same thing.
Those articles are a good starting point when you want to understand how the program works.
Your specific partnership may require Support
Some questions depend on information connected to your individual Business, Partnership Offer, payment arrangement, or current Partner status.
The Help Center cannot determine those account-specific facts on its own.
Contact East Texas Locals Support if you need help confirming things such as:
- whether your specific Partner Category is currently reserved;
- the status of your Partnership Offer or agreement;
- a payment or installment connected to your partnership;
- whether a payment has been properly recorded;
- why your Official Partner relationship does not appear active; or
- another issue involving your specific Official Partnership.
If you paid but your Partner status does not look right
Do not submit another payment solely because the Official Partner relationship does not appear active.
A completed payment and active Partner status are separate parts of the process.
Contact Support so ETL can review the payment and partnership status before any additional payment is attempted.
Owners handle Official Partner business matters
Official Partner commerce and related partnership decisions are not part of the Manager role.
If a Manager encounters an Official Partner or payment question, the Business Owner may need to handle the matter with East Texas Locals.
What to include in your support request
Include the Business name, the Official Partner Category, and a short explanation of the question or problem.
If relevant, you can reference an ETL receipt, payment confirmation, or Partnership Offer.
Never send passwords, verification codes, sign-in tokens, full payment-card numbers, card security codes, or other private credentials.
East Texas Locals Support can review the specific partnership information and help determine the appropriate next step.
