I paid—when is my Official Partner status active?
Payment confirmation and active Official Partner status are related, but they are not the same thing. If you have paid and your Partner status does not appear active, contact ETL before attempting another payment.
Payment and active Partner status are separate
Completing payment is an important part of becoming an Official Partner, but a payment confirmation and an active Official Partner relationship represent two different statuses.
Here is the basic sequence:
East Texas Locals sends the Partnership Offer and reserves the Category.
Then the agreement or acceptance and payment or settlement steps are completed. Once the required steps are complete, Official Partner status can become active. These steps are connected, but they are not the same thing.
A payment confirmation does not tell you everything about activation
A successful payment confirms that the applicable payment was received.
It does not, by itself, tell you whether every remaining requirement for the Official Partner relationship completed successfully.
That is why payment records and Partner status are tracked separately.
If you paid but your status does not look active
Do not make another payment simply because the Official Partner relationship does not appear active.
Instead, contact East Texas Locals Support so we can review the existing payment and partnership status.
Making another payment solely to try to activate the relationship could create an unnecessary duplicate payment and will not resolve a separate status problem.
What to include when contacting Support
Provide the Business name, the Official Partner Category involved, and a short explanation of what you are seeing.
If you received an ETL payment confirmation or receipt, you can reference that payment, but never send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or other sensitive credentials.
Support can then review the payment and relationship status without requiring you to start the partnership process over.
