What to do when Help search finds no results
No results simply means Help did not find an article matching the words you searched. Try different terms, browse Help topics, or contact Support if you still cannot find the information you need.
No results doesn’t necessarily mean there’s no answer
Help search looks through the articles currently available in the East Texas Locals Help Center.
If you see no results, it means none of those articles matched the words you entered closely enough.
It does not necessarily mean your question is invalid or that the feature you’re asking about does not exist.
Try a shorter search
Simple searches often work better than long sentences.
For example, instead of searching:
“How do I let another employee manage my company?”
try:
manager
team
or
invitation
Other useful searches might include category, coverage, Membership, Featured, or Official Partner.
Try another way of describing the same thing
You may be using different words than the Help article uses.
For example, you might think of an area your Business serves as a service area, while the relevant ETL article may explain Coverage Areas.
Try one or two related words rather than repeatedly searching the exact same phrase.
You can also browse by topic
If search still does not find what you need, return to the Help Center and browse the available topics.
Browsing can be especially useful when you know the general subject—such as Membership, Categories, or Team and Managers—but are not sure what ETL calls the specific feature.
What if search itself isn’t working?
There is a difference between no matching articles and search failing to run correctly.
If search appears unavailable or is not working, try again or browse Help instead.
If you still cannot find the information you need, East Texas Locals Support can help with the question.
